1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoyaPlay Games ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You may not share, sell or transfer your account to another person
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack or manipulate game scores or leaderboards
• Use automated bots or scripts to play games or submit scores
• Harass, abuse or threaten other players via clan chat or messages
• Post offensive, hateful or illegal content anywhere on the Platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or platform systems without authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform

5. Scores and Leaderboards

All scores are subject to verification. We reserve the right to remove scores we determine to be fraudulent. Leaderboard positions are calculated in real time and may change at any time.

6. XP, Quests and Virtual Items

XP, quest completions, achievements and any other virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, reset or remove XP and virtual items at any time.

7. Clans

Clan leaders are responsible for their clan's conduct. We may dissolve clans whose members repeatedly violate these terms. Clan chat is moderated and offensive content will result in removal and potential account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including game assets, logos, UI design and code — is the property of GameZBoost (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Quizzes

Quiz content is generated by AI and reviewed by administrators. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all quiz answers are error-free. If you believe a quiz answer is incorrect, please contact us.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without notice. You may also delete your own account via our contact page.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
